The Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures Project is not responsible for bugs and glitches in Minecraft software. This is a server for players of Minecraft to interact and play, and as a result, knowledge of how to use your Minecraft client is required. The Legendary Island of Lost Treasures Project is not responsible for teaching players how to use the Minecraft Client controls and its functions.
While playing on The Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures, the use of modifications to the mincraft.jar file is prohibited, unless approval is received by the server administrator. This includes, but is not limited to:

II. Information usage/Privacy Policy
By applying you allow the Server Administration access to your information for Server usage.
This includes but is not limited to:
Public information listed on your Facebook account
Public information listed on your Google+ account

This information will be used may be used to identify users who are violating the rules of The Legendary Island of the Lost Treasure or attempting to harm the server itself. In some cases, this information may be disclosed to a third-party for assistance in making these identifications. Further, player in-game usage information may be disclosed to developers to assist in upgrading or troubleshooting issues that may arise with the server. At no time will your information be sold to third parties. Websites linking to this page have chosen to adopt this privacy policy as their own. IV. Promotion Process
By applying you understand that The Legendary Island of Lost Treasures Project’s Hero promotion process does not occur instantly. Being promoted to Hero is a privilege not a right and therefore can easily be denied for several reasons, including failing to complete the set requirements listed on the website. Promotion to Hero is not required, but simply a thanks for being a loyal member of The Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures. This promotion can be removed if a player does not follow their Federal/International Laws, Server Rules, or Administrator Rulings.
Players who are banned from The Legendary Island of Lost Treasures pages on Facebook or Google+, or who chosen not to connect to those pages, will be unable to fully complete the requirements to be promoted to Hero rank and will be unable to apply for Hero rank
Instances that players may be banned from the Legendary Island of Lost Treasures Facebook/Google+ page include but is not limited to:
Unnecessary and repeated messages (also known as “Spam”)
Offensive or inappropriate language
Promotion or advertisement not related to Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures
Comments against Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures or any player.
V.Consequences
By applying\registering\playing on Legendary Island server or\and forum you understand that Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures Minecraft Server is a Private Project and therefore not required to provide service to players and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We can provide you with premium membership on our forums only and premium membership is covering only that part. We do not offer special powers on our minecraft server, but we do offer a premium membership on our forum www.legendaryisland.com/forum.
Instances of service refusal may include, but is not limited to:
Breaking of Federal, Local and/or International Laws
Breaking of The Legendary Island the Lost Treasures Project listed rules
Refusal to cooperate with Server administrators.
Refusal to follow Server Administration Rulings on cases of breaking of Server rules (ex. Banishment/Imprisonment/Being Muted within Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures servers and website)
VI. Rules
By applying to Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures Project, you agree to obey the server rules and understand that the rules of the Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures Project can update without notice. At all times, the current rules for play will be posted on the Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures website and available for viewing.
In the case of rules being updated, by logging into the Server, you update your agreement to obey these rules. You may access rules In-game by using the “/rules” command.

[01] PvP and grief is allowed in Grieflands ONLY!
[02] Do not disrespect others.
[03] Do not repeatedly ask the same question.
[04] Do not use CAPS IN CHAT.
[05] Do not try to cheat.

[07] Do not be rude and unhelpful to new players.
[08] Do not "grief". (to grief - a minecraft slang. Please refer to the minecraft wiki page for more information)
[09] Do not steal blocks.
[10] Do not swear.
[11] Do not try to hurt the server or corrupt its economy.
[12] Do vote for the server every day.
[13] If someone break these rules, they understand that they may be banished, muted, imprisoned, and/or banned, the premium membership may be cancelled without any rights for a refund.
Additional rules for VIP players:
[14] Not allowed to share spawned items and kits with others.
[15] Not allowed to sell spawned items.
[16] Not allowed to store spawned items anywhere but own inventory.
[17] Not allowed to kill players in god, creative or vanished mode.
[18] Not allowed to collect loots from mobs, spawned by command.
[19] Not allowed to disguise as a Spirit or change nicknames regarding the title "Spirit" or to a Spirit's IGN.
[20] If someone break these rules, they understand that they may be banished, muted, imprisoned, and/or banned, the premium membership may be cancelled without any rights for a refund.
VII. Administration Consequence Process
By applying, you agree to fully trust and rely on Server Administration’s judgment.
Any Judgment passed onto you by a Server Administrator is absolute unless you appeal to the Server Owner. In the case that the Server owner accepts your appeal and finds you innocent then all charges (Server rule wise) has been dropped. If the Owner agrees with the Server Administrator’s ruling that you are Banned/Muted/Jailed from the Server permanently or other specified punishment passed on at that time by Server Administrators/Owners.
VIII. Information Agreement
By applying you agree that all information given is true to the best of your knowledge and hereby agree to allow Legendary Island of Lost Treasures to use this information for Administration purposes.
This information includes but is not limited to:
Information listed on your Facebook account
Information listed on your Google+ Account
Information listed on you Legendary Island of Lost Treasures account If it is found that any information listed in false, action (as listed in these terms) may be taken against you. If it is found that you have breached these terms, Legendary Island of Lost Treasures Project reserves the right to remove your in-game inventory, player status, ability to interact with the in-game world, and ability to communicate in-game. Further, you may be subject to imprisonment in-game, and banishment from the server and sites.
Server Administration reserve the right to refuse service to any player that we believe that is disobeying server rules, Administrator ruling, or International/Local Laws.
By applying to Legendary Island of Lost Treasures, you have read and are accepting this agreement.
IX. Premium (VIP) Membership Subscription.
IX.1. Meaning of the Premium (VIP) package on Legendary Island forum and server.
Premium (VIP) package is a premium membership subscription on a Legendary Island forum that client can order on www.legendaryisland.com/vip.
IX.1.1 Premium membership classes.
Premium membership classes are: Farmer, Pirate, Knight, Redstoner, Traveler, Assassin, Wizard, Architect, Oracle.
IX.2. The Complete Features List of any Premium Membership Offered by the Legemdary Island of the Lost Treasures:
IX.2.1. Access to VIP support board on a Legendary Island forum.
IX.2.2. Cool premium badge on Legendary Island forum and server (Farmer, Pirate, Knight, Redstoner, Traveler, Assassin Wizard, Architect, Oracle).
IX.2.3. Access to a dedicated premium email support.
IX.2.3.1. Advantages of a premium email support.
IX.2.3.1.1. More deep investigation of all Premium User concerns
IX.2.3.1.2. Dedication of more time, to resolve issues.
IX.2.3.2. Legendary Island staff reserves the right to decline a support ticket, if they think, that resolving that issue may interfere with server security.
IX.2.4. Additional bonus of premium permissions for our Minecraft server (listed on paper scrolls). This bonus is free, clients do not pay for it, therefore, we deserve the right to take it away at any time, without any explanation.
IX.2.4.1. Premium permissions on server disclaimer.
IX.2.4.1.1. These permissions come with a premium membership as a bonus and we are not obligated to give our clients these permissions. We can take these permissions away at any time without informing a client, without explanation.
IX.2.4.1.2. We are giving these bonus permissions only to make the gameplay more entertaining.
IX.2.4.1.3. These permissions are not a part of a Premium (VIP) Package.
IX.2.4.1.4. We reserve the right to individually change, globally change and customize VIP permissions on Legendary Island server at any time for any client and if we feel, like Legendary Island client is breaking any of server rules, or if certain VIP advantages permissions on server may be an instrument of a fraud or abuse.
IX.2.4.1.5. We reserve the right to take these permissions away from a potentially dangerous user, who may try to harm a server or it's users.
IX.3. By ordering a Premium (VIP) account on Legendary Island forum, client agree to follow our Rules \ Terms of Service, Return and Privacy Policies.
IX.4. How long does it take to process the order.
IX.4.1. client will become Premium, right after admin will check his\her order (up to 24 hours*).
IX.4.2. In some cases we might need up to 72 hours, to process the order.
IX.5. If client had bought a premium membership subscription on our forum, before registering on it.
IX.5.1. In that case we will not return the money, but we will wait for the client to register on our forum and we will upgrade his account to Premium as soon, as client will notify us, that he\she has registered and ready to get Their membership upgraded.
IX.5.2. If client claims, that someone else has taken their username, that the client has just bought.
IX.5.2.1. In such cases we will ask client to confirm, that this username does really belong to him, by asking him to join our Minecraft server with that username. If he\she will be able to join our Minecraft server with that username, then we will rename the existing forum username, in order to allow the authentic client to register.
IX.6. Premium Membership Subscription periods.
IX.6.1. A countdown timer starts from the moment membership was purchased.
IX.6.2. For every different vip rank the subscription period is different. IX.6.3 will list all the VIP ranks and their subscription periods.
IX.6.3. VIP Subscription periods (sorted by rank):
- Farmer: 30 days
- Pirate: 30 days
- Knight: 30 days
- Redstoner: 90 days
- Traveler: 180 days
- Assassin: 270 days
- Wizard: 360 days
- Architect: FOREVER
- Oracle: FOREVER
X. Return policy.
Once player ordered a package, they cannot ask for a refund. Packages are non-refundable. An exception to this is if player has not received his\her package after waiting for at least 72 hours. To request a refund, the following conditions has to be met: player hasn’t received his/her package in 72 hours after ordering it, the player never logged-in with the new membership status and new permissions that were ordered. If a client has already logged-in with the new permissions, it means, they have already used their package and it cannot be refunded. We keep server log, so we know if player did logged-in, after they got their package.
Package content may change at any time, due to game updates and other conditions, like discovering a threat in a flying plugin, or if server owner think that some abilities are obsolete and no longer popular, etc…

XI. Revocation of VIP membership.
In drastic cases, Legendary Island of the Lost Treasures reserves the right to revoke your VIP membership. This will normally only occur in cases of a player violating the project terms and conditions, as listed on the website.
Premium membership and additional rewards\abilities can be taken away from player at any time, if Server Administration think, that player is breaking server, website or forum rules, or if Server Administration believe, that player is trying to use his abilities, in order to break his\her national, or international laws.
Server owner reserves the right to change and improve these rules at any time.
